All B.Tech CSE VII Semester students are hereby informed that the Major Project Synopsis Presentations will be conducted from 08 September to 11 September 2026.

Students are required to:

• Check the presentation schedule for their Project Team ID, mentor, date, time, and venue.
• Attend the presentation with all group members and report 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Prepare the synopsis presentation as per the prescribed Synopsis Format and Guidelines.
• Prepare the synopsis report in consultation with their assigned Project Mentor.

Dear Students,

This is to inform you that the final project groups and mentor allocation have been completed. The attached list contains the finalized groups along with the assigned mentors.

Please note that no further changes will be entertained in the groups or mentor allocation. All students are advised to proceed with their respective teams and start working on their project planning and discussions with the assigned mentors.

You are required to be prepared with the initial project details, including:

Project Title – A clear and relevant title representing your project idea.
Abstract – A brief summary explaining the project concept, objectives, and expected outcomes.
Brief Introduction – Background of the problem, importance of the project, and motivation behind selecting the topic.
Methodology – The approach, techniques, technologies, tools, and steps you are planning to follow for completing the project.
Project Flow Chart – A proper flow diagram representing the complete workflow of your project, including major phases from problem identification to final implementation and evaluation.

Since this is a one-year major project, you are expected to clearly understand the project scope, objectives, implementation plan, and expected outcomes before proceeding further.

Further guidelines regarding project documentation, review schedules, evaluation criteria, synopsis submission, and other important details will be shared soon.

Students are requested to coordinate with their respective mentors and start preparing the initial project proposal.
