This is to notify all the 3^rd semester students that their End Term Practical Examination will be held in online mode. The modalities of End Term Practical Exam will be as under:

1.    The questions for the writeup part will be provided as per the following schedule through the exam.geu.ac.in or Hackerearth. Submission of the answer script will be done according to the instructions provided within the stipulated time.

2.    As per the following schedule, there will be online viva through Microsoft Teams/other online platform. The viva link will be intimated by the concern faculty members through official WhatsApp group.

3.    Students must complete both the parts (writeup/execution and online viva).

4.    The writeup of the exam will be strictly of 1 hour duration. This 1 hour duration includes both attempting the lab experiments and execution/uploading. No extra time will be provided.

5.    For all the practical exams that will be held through hackerearth, each student should have an account at www.hackerearth.com. Those students who do not have an account should create one immediately with the email id which you have submitted to your class coordinator for attempting the exam.

6.    Viva will be recorded.

7.    Marks will be suitably divided between write up/execution and viva.

Note: Ensure the proper working of Computer/ Laptop and internet connectivity before commencement of the exam.

Important Notice for 5^th Semester Students

All 5^th semester students are notified of the following.

1. The End Term External Practical Exams and Mini Project Evaluation will be scheduled after the End Term Theory Exams. The students are required to have their Term Work completed, checked and binded during the Practical Exams. They are required to demonstrate the working of their mini projects, have their code with them and submit a report for their Mini Project Evaluation.
2. The students will appear for Internal Lab Assessments from Thursday, 18^th Nov, 2021. These assessment is for 25 sessional marks. The Assessment will be done by the internal faculty members. The students will bring the printouts of their term work (not required to be in binded form). They will have to appear for writeup/execution/viva/mcq depending on the lab.
3. Placement Preparation classes will immediately start after completion of End Term Exams.

Keeping view of the above the students are required to prepare for best performance. They are also advised to make any travel plan accordingly as per the schedule. The schedule of the Internal Lab Exams is given in the following link:
