Notice: PBL Phase-2 important points to be noted

Dear students,

Please take note of the following PBL points:

The 2nd phase of your PBL evaluation is set for May 19–23, 2025. The respective mentor will send team leaders an email outlining the date, time, and venue of their evaluation. Team leaders need to be vigilant and check their mail frequently!

2) During evaluation, every team member needs to be present! Those who are absent will receive 0 marks!

3) This phase is all about project implementation! Each member of the team must know their specific role in the project’s implementation.

NOTICE: AWS JAM Event – 30th April 2025

Students, The AWS JAM event is scheduled to be held on 30th April 2025 from 9:00 AM onwards at the Silver Jubilee Convention Centre, Graphic Era University.

The list of students who are required to complete the learning plans and participate in the event is attached below along with this notice.

Important: All listed students are strictly instructed to be present on the day without fail. As already communicated, non-compliance may lead to deduction in GP marks and disciplinary action.

Participants must follow the instructions below to ensure smooth participation:

1. All participants must check their official (GEU/GEHU) login credentials beforehand to ensure smooth access on the event day.

2. Students must attend the event in proper uniform with their college ID cards.

3. Laptops must be sufficiently charged for the event. Students are also advised to carry their chargers as a backup.

4. Reach the venue for registration sharply at 9:00 AM on the 3rd Floor, Silver Jubilee Convention Centre.

5. Registration desk will be placed at Silver Jubilee Convention Centre 3rd Floor.

6. After registration, students must take their seats according to the batch number allotted at the registration desk.

7. Refreshments will be provided to each participant at the end of the event.

Notice: PBL 1st Phase Evaluation

Dear students,

The initial part of PBL 1st phase evaluation is about Teamleaders uploading the PBL template/proposal on Moodle. In next part of this 1st phase evaluation, the entire team has to present their problem statement in front of an Evaluator.

Kindly note the following points:

1) Teamleaders will get an email specifying the time, date, and venue when their team has to come for presentation.

2) The complete team(of 3/4 members) has to come for presentation.

3) The motive of the presentation is to check how thoroughly you have selected your problem statement. You have to bring your PBL template/proposal in a Laptop and explain it to your designated Evaluator, who will then give you their inputs.

4) This presentation phase will start from 11th April, 2025 and will continue till 16th April, 2025. Teamleaders should check their mails regularly and be alert.

5) Be very sure that if you have 2 PBL subjects, you have to give presentation in both subjects!!!
